Before Booking Taxi

1Is my booking a private or shared transfer?
All our services are for private transfers and only official cars authorized by local transport authorities in Tehran are used. You will travel in a vehicle for exclusive use. This allows you to avoid queues and enables you to go straight to your destination without stopping.
2Is it possible to pay in Euros/USD?
Yes, you can pay in Euros, USD or Iranian Rials.
3What is the baggage allowance per person?
The standard baggage that is allowed for you to put in our cars is a suitcase of maximum total size 140cm (height + width + depth) per passenger. If you think you have more luggage than normal, please book a vehicle with enough capacity for the needs of your group.
4Can I bring extra baggage, sports equipment or does this take up too much space?
In our booking process you have the option of indicating if you have any special needs during your trip. If you have extra baggage or sports equipment, please indicate them in the comments of your booking. We'll look for the best solution and get back to you as soon as possible.
5Travelling with children?
The majority of our vehicles are adapted to hold child car seats. The safety of all of our passenger is of a great importance, especially that of children.
6A member of my group uses a wheelchair. What should I do?
If someone of your group uses a foldable wheelchair, please indicate that in your booking request emails. We don’t charge extra for that, but it’s important that your needs are met. If someone of your group uses an electric wheelchair, please note that you will need a larger vehicle than a sedan. So please don’t forget to indicate that.
7Travelling with a pet?
If you're travelling with a pet, you should mention that in your emails, so that we can send a suitable vehicle for you.
8Will I be taken to and picked up directly from my hotel/private address?
Yes. All of our private journeys take your group directly to your hotel/private address and in the same way, we'll collect you at the exact address you desire.
9I need a receipt of my trip. How can I have that?
You can send us an email after your trip and ask for a receipt. We’ll send you one via email as soon as possible.


1What do I need to bring with me?
You need to bring a print of your booking confirmation letter, along with your passport, and of course, enough cash to pay for the service to the driver.
2Where will we meet with the driver? Where is the meeting point?

From the airport

The details about meeting the driver at the airport are provided in your booking confirmation. In most cases, the driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall of the Imam Khomeini airport. He will be holding a sign with the name of the main passenger which was provided by you during the booking process.

To the airport

If you desire to be picked up from a hotel or anywhere else, the driver will wait for you at the entrance of the hotel/hostel. If collection point is a private home or apartment, you will have to be waiting at the entrance of that place and exactly at the time indicated in the booking confirmation.
3How long will the driver wait for us at the arrival halls of the airport?
The driver will monitor the arrival time of your flight or train and will wait up to 1 hour after the plane has landed or the train/bus has arrived. If you’re planning to obtain your VISA at the airport, you should let us know, because the process takes about 1-2 hours.
4What happens if my flight is delayed?
All our drivers monitor the arrival times of flights and trains to ensure that they meet you on time. If your flight number changes, is reprogrammed or a major delay occurs (more than 2 hours), please contact us via email/whatsapp and let us know.
5What should I do if my driver is delayed?
We can ensure you that our drivers are committed to be present at the arrival halls, before you arrive. But if in any case, a driver is delayed(more than 10 minutes), please call us. We’ll try to provide an immediate service.
6My travel details have changed. Can I modify the details of my transfer?
Yes, if any detail of your travel changes, you can easily send an email or Whatsapp message, and let us know about these changes. We’ll modify your booking for you immediately.
7How can I cancel my journey?
You can cancel your journey, up to 12 hours before the specified meeting time. Please note that if you don’t show up for any reason, our drivers’ time would be wasted.
8Is it necessary to reconfirm my journeys?
No, we take care of everything. A few days before each journey we confirm all the transfers with our drivers. You only have to remember to bring a printed copy of your booking confirmation and enjoy the journey!
